Second wheel production line

The second wheel production line was founded in 2003 and is the world's first fully automated wheel production line. It is the result of MaSteel's unique process design combined with Germany excellent manufacturing lechnology.This production line has strong flexibility and can meet the flexible production capacity of both large and small diameter wheels.

Third wheel production line

The third wheel production line is independently integrated by Masteel Group and is an inteligent factory in Anhuí Province.This production line has a high degree of intelligence, achieving full process data integration, less manual operation, one click design, one click steel rolling, one click processing, and intelligent detection. The full process digital twin technology lays the foundation for achieving full life cycle management of wheels. The third wheel production line combine nigidity and flexibility, and the production efficiency ranks among the world's leading positions.

THE AXLE AND WHEELSET BASE

The axle and wheelset base is located in the national level Ma'anshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, mainly including axle production line, wheelset production line, and urban rail/bullet train wheelset disassembly, cleaning and maintenance production line.

The Axle Production Line

The axle production line was established in 2017, and the entire line is equipped with mainstream equipment with mature domestic applications,outstanding performance, and excellent control according to the key technical requirements of high-speed and heavy-haul axles. It has the production capacity of full spectrum axle products.

The Wheelset  Production Line

The two production lines for the assembly of passenger and freight train wheelsets were established in 2012,equipped with international advanced wheelset production equipment such as GUDEL, MORARA,and MAE, and have the capacity to assemble and produce full spectrum of wheelsets.

The Urban Rail/Bullet Train Wheelsets Disassembly, Cleaning And Maintenance Line

The urban rail/bullet train wheelsets disassembly, cleaning and maintenance line has the maintenance and production capacity for wheelsets of bullet train, urban rail, and freight train.
