High-Speed Axle
High-speed axle is produced by continuous casting round billets with high homogeneity and purity. Targeted process design and verification are carried out to address the complexity of multi-step shaft forging,consistency of comprehensive performance control, and strictness of external dimension tolerance control. The product has characteristics such as high forging ratio, high purity, strict surface dimension control, and small overall performance fluctuations. The product has passed physical testing in European laboratories and SNCF on-site quality system audit certification, meeting the technical conditions for Class I axles in EN 13261 standard. Currently, it has been supplied to French Railways, with a maximum operating speed of 300km/h.
Urban Rail Axle
Urban rail passenger series axles meet the requirements of EN 13261 standard on microstructure, non-metallic inclusions and uniformity of cross-sectional mechanical properties of the axles. The dimensional control accuracy can reach IT6 level.And the surface residual stress level and fatigue performance indicators of the axles are superior to the standard. The product has passed the KS certification of the Korean Railway Corporation and is widely exported and applied to foreign urban rail and subway passenger trains.
