Masteel Rail Transit Material Technology Co., Ltd.  has two fully automated wheelset assembly production lines, which were completed in 2014 and are equipped with high-precision equipment such as GUDEL,MORARA, and MAE. It has the world's most advanced EMU wheelset assembly capabilities, and its products cover multiple gauge wheel sets such as wide gauge, standard gauge, narrow gauge, and meter gauge. It has the ability to design and manufacture over 30000 wheelsets of different kinds annually.

Based on the highly flexible wheelset maintenance production line, from wheel reprofiling to bearing maintenance, wheelset dynamic balance and gear box running-in testing,Masteel Rail Transit Material Technology Co., Ltd.  provides customers with a full process of personalized wheelset maintenance services, with tne ability to repair more than 5000 wheelsets, such as urban railand high-speed train wheelsets annually.

Bogie Maintenance

Masteel Rail Transit Material Technology Co., Ltd. expands the extension of the wheelset industry chain, creates a bogie assembly service platform, and has the ability to assemble and repair standard gauge/narrow gauge bogies.
