Metro

The resilient wheels designed and manufactured by Masteel Rail Transit Material Technology Co., Ltd. for subway vehicles have excellent vibration and noise reduction effects, and are suitable for tread braking. Line tests have shown a noise reduction of up to 15 decibels and a vibration reduction of up to 17dB.

In 2019, Masteel Rail Transit Material Technology Co., Ltd. provided Φ730mm resilient wheel with axle load of 15.5 tons (including electromagnetic suction) for linear motor trains to CRRC Sifang Co., Ltd , and passed 10 million fatigue tests to ensure structural safety.

In 2021, Φ840mm resilient wheel for B-type subway with a speed of 80 kilometers per hour was developed, and has been tested through bench tests such as braking, fatigue, and stiffness, as well as line comparison tests such as dynamics, braking, and bogie strength, to verify its safety in use. Its vibration and noise reduction performance was verified through line comparison tests such as vibration and noise, and the noise reduction effect can be clearly felt by the driver and passengers.


Low Floor

Masteel Rail Transit Material Technology Co., Ltd.hasover 10 years of experience in manufacturing low floor resilient wheel components. Currently, nearly 60000 resilient wheel components have been delivered, 95% for export. Φ 580mm resilient wheels developed by Masteel Rail Transit Material Technology Co., Ltd., were installed on a new type of unmanned inspection vehicle of subway.Just off the production line on August 19, 2020, Φ580mm resilient wheels were reviewed by Party and Country Leader.
